Absolutely. Who does not want to wait to get media reports? That’s right. Well, you know, the organization must wait until the next day or the next week to receive even the most standard reporting.

Never more important than media. You know, we’ve seen the price of what it takes to buy these spots anywhere from a 32nd spot to a long form, maybe a 28 minute spot, a different times. So these guys want the results and they want it now what’s working, what’s not? And so we’re going to touch on that.
Well, Hey, let’s get started and discuss the first of three call center media reports. The first one is called the market summary report.
Jason’s laughing here because every time we are on a demo, uh, I always. This is my Goto a report that I’ll show prospects. It’s a no brainer. This is a powerful report, the market summary. So what this breaks down, let’s say you’re on nationwide, right? You have the latest and greatest product people are calling and buying them by the dozens and you want to see what geographic market is performing the best. So what you do, again, you’ll plug in your parameters, date range. You can sort by different products, whatever you want to sort it out to, 30 minute increments, 15 minute increments. Once you plug that in, again, you’ll choose lines that you want reported on and then click run to run the report. That’s pretty easy, Dan. It is one, two, three. We’ll train you on it too. You know, you don’t probably don’t need training on it, but we will go what will come to you and train you on it.
So once that’s been populated, the table pops up and you’ll see the market code. Uh, so for instance, you’ll see your big boys, you’re la, Chicago, New York. You’ll see, you know, all the nationwide, a rated cities here. You’ll see the rank of that city, obviously lab in one or your two all the way down through the, uh, smaller, uh, Tulsa, Albuquerque, whatever it might be. A, you’ll see the, a number of calls that came in for that different city. So Call Center Tulsa what’s so powerful about that, if you’re plugging media into, let’s say, Boston, you’re not getting any return, any response out of there, maybe we need to pull the media out of Boston and put more media into the Dallas area where you’re seeing that response. You’ll also see the order total. Uh, you know, the revenue that was raised from that city as well as a pledge total. Uh, so that is the market summary. We’d love to show you that in a demo. I think it’s very powerful and it really shows you what, how, how are your campaigns performing?

So let’s jump right into the second of three call center media reports a, which is called the media response report. Dan, why don’t you go ahead and give us a little background and information on that report.
Perfect. Immediate response report, uh, this right here will show you all of the different media avenues or different call letters, how each one of those is performing by date. All right, so let’s say you’re going on a, you got some spots on the game show network or that network. That’s right, no way. Emmy’s, when we got the word network, whatever station you’re erring on, again, plugging your parameters, pick the lines you want to run, and then you click the run to run. It populates again. You can save it, generate words and the right excel. We’re getting into that all a little bit. Um, so the date range will pump, pump in where you’re running your show and it breaks it down by information, product orders, hangups, referrals, and total calls. Again, if you see, you know, you’re getting 100 calls on the game show network, Call Center Tulsa but only 12 calls on the word network, you know, that’s not good. That’s right. You want to know more on the game show network who doesn’t watch that show or that station. So what this does is it gives you how each station is performing for a certain date range. Very powerful and really work with a lot of agencies is Jason. We’ll touch on coming up and they love it. They eat this stuff up
and again, real time.

So Jason, when we left off, we just completed the discussion about the market summary, my favorite and media response reports. So now let’s dive in and discuss. Mike had tech station analysis report.
Oh, absolutely. So this is the station now support. It is an awesome, awesome report. Uh, Mike detected that gives a bit of history about it and microtech worked with many agencies, many call center Tulsa agencies, east coast agencies, and I think at one or two west coast that we worked with in the past. Got Ebay’s input and found out exactly what they all wanted. And we created this report from scratch. Using are many, uh, one of our many programmers we have in house. Um, you know, we don’t sub out our work, we have programmers in house to handle all of our requests. So basically what this works the way it is, again, like all the others you enter in your parameters, you put in your date range information, uh, you choose, but line you want to be reported on. And then again, you clicked that easy button, it’s called run report.
And uh, that’s what helps generate the report where you can view the results and on the results. Basically we have all the stations I’m available during that, that time range, and then it has all the information concerning the start and end date of the media station, the location, um, the city and state, whether it’s a national airing, whether it’s not a national airing the days of the week, the earrings are on each station, the length, the time it starts of the showing. And then how long? Um, I’m sorry, the report time, does it start and end date of how long the station is? So basically what this does is it goes through a hierarchy of programming. Now I won’t bore you with the details, but basically it runs through several different layers of programming to determine the best analysis. Did best analysis of where that call, each call should end up which station it should go to.
Again, based on, is it a national call versus a local call? Call Center Tulsa Did the call come in before or after an airing for that day? So for example, let’s say you have a day start airing at 8:00 AM and you have a word airing at 4:00 PM. Well if a call came in at noon and that’s the only two options, it’s going to default it to the earlier Erin at 8:00 AM. Let’s say it’s a station that is local, you know, Kj, r, h and Tulsa, and I have a address to. I called in with a Tulsa Zip code. Then it’s going to assign me to the Tulsa area. And if it was between, let’s say you know, 11:00 AM, it’s gonna. Say, okay, he’s a tulsa color. It was a local station in Tulsa that’s aired at 11:00 AM. Well, I’m going to ignore the national and associated with the local because that’s more app where that call came in from. So it has all of that programming behind the scenes that helps determine its best analysis of where the calls go. The report also gives you the call breakdown, how many calls by station in the percentage of revenue and calls each station has for the entire day. Um, so it’s a great, great tool for you to use to again analyze if you are getting the Roi on your investment there. So,
and Jason’s right about that. It really ties to the market summary and media together to the station report. It is a, there’s a hierarchy of programming, a media agencies will love it and we’d love to you more of a demo about that.
Yeah, like I said, many of the agencies, you know, the call center Tulsa agencies and again east coast and west coast, it’s amazing all the different people that we use to get feedback on that. So, so Dan, before we let everybody go, let’s review what did we learn today? So number one was the market summary report. This is a bird’s eye view of how each city is performing throughout the nation. This is, um, this is a great tool for some of the nationwide media clients that we have showing the geographic regions that are performing the best. Number two is the media response report and that’s going to break down each station the days that you’re broadcasting on that station and then how each one of those is performing. Again, a great, great tool.
And then finally we discussed the station analysis report. We just finished that. Again, it’s a powerful tool, worked with agencies, programming is involved and uh, it’s just an analysis, the best guess of where the logic, where the call should go.
